Housing
Mushroom Houses
Mushroom Houses are small, tiny-houses that are themed like various kinds of mushrooms. A mushroom house can hold 1-2 people comfortably with furnishings that could be improved. Each house is equipped with two beds in the attic, a staircase, small kitchenette, bathroom and living room. The houses can vary in certain types of mushrooms, so please feel free to make your mushroom house however you want it to appear.
Hill Houses
These are technically hobbit holes and can be referred to as such, but to avoid copyright infringement, they are hill houses. Hill Houses have nicer decor on the inside and can house 1-4 occupants comfortably. There are only two bedrooms with two queen size beds in each, so two people will ave a share a room. There is no upstairs; only a base level. Hill houses also have a kitchenette, living room, and spare room for a library or dining and two bathrooms
Tree Houses
Tree Houses will all be in large trees, some houses sharing the same big tree. There are bridges that can connect tree houses to one another. Tree houses are smaller and can support 1-2 occupants with various rooms and arrangements. It's however you see fit for your tree house if you decide to live here. Much like the mushroom houses, they will need a little TLC, but this can be achieved by Reward redemption or if your character knows how to spruce up a home on their own. The only way to these tree houses and by climbing a ladder up.
Tiny City Cottage
These tiny cottages are cramped and really only suitable for two people, three if you're very, VERY familiar. They have two bedrooms, one bath, a small kitchen and a tiny living space. There's room for customization but often very little extra room to work with. Expanding on these homes is nigh impossible, so if expansion is something you're looking for it might be best to look elsewhere.
Business Loft
Situated outside of the Royal Quarter are little apartments and hidey holes for new dreamers. These are often small one bed room or studio sized spaces for individuals to stay in on their own until they find something more suitable with someone else or they can scrounge up enough cords to get their own place. They're often a little rough and could use a little TLC, but making a few modifications here and there to make them comfortable are definitely possible. They have a small closet, a tiny washroom and a bed area, perhaps even a loft.
