I was told on plurk I could specify a few spells to regain without sticking to the categories other wizard characters have gone with, but if that’s not the case / you’d like to veto for any other reason, let me know.

◆ Dispel Magic? (removes magical effects or spells from a creature/item/an effect in general within range. A lot of event effects are attributed to magic and I’m thinking of this allowing Elias to neutralise some of that. If that’s too much, leaving this spell out is fine with me.)
