Wanted to make sure of something but I'm assuming jet packs would be considered in th 100 shard category? The jetpack itself could only boost the user's jump a bit and, in the case they were already mid air after jumping out of a plane, guide the person's fall and soften the fall a bit.
Also something entirely specific but would these be considered regainable? They're drones that act as light shows through hologram projection but also as a shield and kind of a glider when they're connected to one another.

If the jet pack is the equivalent of the ability to fly, that would be in the 150 shard category. Since it only gives a boost and softens the fall, it can cost 100, yes!
Since the drones are both a shield and a glider on top of making holograms, they would go in the 150 shard category since they have multiple capabilities. I would assume they come as a set, so a few can be claimed at the same price (just make it a reasonable amount).

So, The Tardis, is infinite on the inside. Of course, her time travel will be nerfed. The mods call if she can still materialize around in 'the bubble' (gamespace). If yes, public places only, and would ask, of course, permission for homes.
That all said, would The Tardis fall under 500 shards or 800 shards?

I've made a small edit to the page after receiving your question! I think since the Tardis has special abilities (teleportation and infinite (???) inner space) on top of being a livable accommodation, it's only fair for it to cost 800 shards.
She will not be able to teleport to Castle Vaeros, and if teleporting into the labyrinth, she would have just as much trouble making her way around as anyone else would going inside. Otherwise, she would be able to teleport around the public places and homes if all players agree.
The key is included. If you want to make Ten's life harder, you can say it's hidden away somewhere in town and he has to do a scavenger hunt to find it.

I don't think the Tardis having an obscene amount of space breaks the game, so I would allow it. Instead, I would limit the amount of people allowed to go inside so it doesn't become a situation where everyone can just hide in the Tardis if disaster strikes. Probably a maximum of a dozen people? Enough for a party!
That actually sounds good because you bring up a point we don't know about in canon - how many would she want inside of her, even if she has infinite space. So, I think we can fudge that :)
Don't push too many buttons and make her mad :( I am also fine with the Tardis having some sentience if is how it is in canon (as far as I remember).

So there is an app in Arcade spirits canon called IRIS who is an AI life coach that manages dating sim interfaces IC by measuring voice tones and such. She also can make a map of the nearby area using echolocation and display on screen along with people / happenings nearby. Zapper doesn't use it in canon but is aware of it and it's something anyone can get via piracy. Would this be regainable, how useful would it be in the Labyrinth and how many shards would it cost?
and minor question would an arcade cabinet count as basic tech? It is a lot bigger than a laptop or smartphone but the function is about the same so

If an Arcade Cabinet has the same functions as a laptop/smartphone, it's reasonable for it to cost 50 shards.
How much IRIS costs depends on how useful it is. It sounds like its ability to scan the nearby area for people/things happening is similar to a scanning sort of ability, so it will be the equivalent of 1 special ability (150 shards). IRIS will have the dating sim abilities included as well. It will have all its uses but will give inaccurate information while in the Labyrinth. You also cannot scan Castle Vaeros because Vaeros will block this signal.
It's up to you whether you would like IRIS to exist in Zapper's Oracle phone or in the Arcade Cabinet (if regained).

if my weapon has a secondary use (example being, he has a pair of escrima sticks that double as grappling hooks also) (they also do a few other things but i think he can just upgrade them if necessary...) what would that fall under? would i pay out the shards for both weapon AND lightweight transportation?
also does he get both. or is it just one escrima stick each time. this is incredibly funny to me so i am happy with it also.

The escrima sticks only count as lightweight transportation for Dick because he has the skills to use them that way. 'Lightweight transportation' would be more in the realm of a bicycle of scooter.
The sticks alone, with no additional abilities, count as a standard weapon and would cost 50 shards. If they have another ability to them (e.g. they can deliver an electric shock), that would put them in the realm of 100 shards.

You can really just give his escrima sticks whatever ability you would like. They don't have to be in line with canon. The reward system is free and easy so that the non-powered can develop a new power if they want.
