I'm looking at the category "75 SHARDS • An extra room or significant renovation to a home" and wondering if that would be sufficient for what I am thinking of buying.
Back home, Grog has a basement room in Scanlan's Magnificent Mansion that's a training facility with dummies, weapons, armor, etc. and a sand pit for fighting in. If I wanted to renovate the basement of his current castle to have all that, would I have to pay for just the renovation or would I have to buy the renovation and pay for all the dummies/weapons/supplies, etc. separately?
Nope! The one renovation is fine, within reason (The room can't come equipped with fancy and powerful magical items, signature weapons from home, stuff like that.)
