Hopefully this hasn't been asked before-- if a character drops and then returns, are they still able to use shards accumulated from before they dropped? Or is the slate wiped clean?
After some mod discussion, we've come to the very considered and carefully measured decision to allow prior comments to be submitted/shards to be spent, on account of "Then I don't have to keep track of who dropped when and why because I'm lazy."
