In general, we've been pretty open-ended about letting businesses have the mundane needs to operate at a minimum level even if they're somewhat tech-based, so a small arcade with a few analog machines would be fine as part of the initial purchase, but a very nice arcade with fully digital games/nicer facilities et cetera would require further investment.
