No problem! The Moon Cell records data of all the lost belts, yes, through that alone. Otherwise, Every Lost Belt is treated as its own timeline/segway story. Everyone within the team is canonically permitted to go through each singularity before it 'closes,' including servants! So BB would by that logic, have access to them as any other servant would within fate!
