I am just making sure I'm calculating right - Wesker's full powerset returned would fall under the 400-point category because they're all a bunch of largely unrelated powers, correct? They're all granted to him by the same means, that being virus-based Resident Evil stupidity, and they were likewise all granted by the same virus, but that's the only argument I can see for it being 150 and I've been assuming 400 just for the sheer amount of bullshit. Unless we want to go the route of just giving him the virus back in his system wholesale, which is also an option I suppose that I hadn't considered until just now.

We discussed this altogether as a mod team and decided 400 is if you want to get it all in one go even if it’s from the same source.
Alternatively, you could gain each ability one by one for 150, like if you wanted a certain power before the rest. So like, once he gets one virus power with 150, he’ll have the virus in him but only that one power will be usable until the rest are purchased.
