Requested Reward: full canon powers unlock Reward Cost: 400 shards Extra Details: First off I'd like to apologize if I made any mistakes this took 2 hours and I made a mistake not banking as I went along Powers- It's never explicitly stated or shown what he's actually capable of, so I'll just be using very dialed down version of his boss fight and his sister-puppet's boss fight, and what little we do know of his own abilities.
lightning: The crux of most of his abilities, particularly offensive ones, boils down to "using lightning very dramatically". Lightning projectiles, lighting slashes, localized thunder storms-so on and so forth.
Fast dashes: can zip forward in short burst light a bolt of lightning.
Shield: Can create a shield that can supposedly prevent gods from listening in on his personal conversations... probably can repel incoming attacks as well
Weird hands: He can summon weird big puppet hands to try and squish people like a mosquito, or float on for dramatic effect.
Eternal puppet things: He's very difficult to damage or destroy. It's not impossible but the threshold what can damage him seems to be "eldritch horror" or "mad scientist with too much time on his hands". He cannot heal himself however, he must either be repaired or live with the damage.
He can also host his mother's consciousness if given the sword that stores her soul
