Regaining a mundane prosthesis can be done for free- there are people in the village with the skill to do so- and you're always welcome to request a fun substitute for the arm.
Finally, you're welcome to just request the arm itself- bit morbid, but it is a medium nonmagical item. And if you have the arm and you have your limb detaching/reattaching ability, then you can totally take the loophole and score one (1) intact pre-curse arm.
