This is a magic bow that fires arrows of pure light, which are extremely strong against beings of darkness or malice. Canon doesn't indicate what these arrows would do against normal enemies but I will say they have the same amount of force as a strong arrow. The light arrows are infinite in-game but if that's an issue I'm happy to nerf it down to a set amount per hour/day.
