Hello again!

1. One business license is fine for something like this, no problem.

2. Any magic that is purely for aesthetic purposes can be included in the business license, so no additional cost.

3. You can have the business where ever you like, so that's also fine!

4. The wand is basically another way for magic uses to expel their magic? I think that's a fun idea, but let me know if I didn't understand haha.

4. Yep, that's basically it! (Characters could also use it as a nonmagical prop if they wanted to, but my idea was to provide more flavor options for people's magic but also not step on the toes of the Rewards system.)
