Magic Missile will home in on targets, but isn't always an autohit, and See Invisibility and Dispel Magic react unpredictably with effects from other worlds (Mostly reliable, but subject to player discretion.)
Fly, like all other flying effects, will not allow you to fly over the labyrinth or in other areas where such effects are negated.
Sending to or from the labyrinth will be unreliable- like trying to communicate across planes, but more so. (We're not really going to police this one, but please feel free to use it for dramatic effect.)
