So in the 800 shards category, it lists mansions and housing with special abilities. If one wanted, say, a mansion with a floor that's an indestructible training room that can magically change its terrain (like the Danger Room from X-Men), would that count as one purchase in this category, or two? Would the mansion need to be brought separately, and then its special abilities added later on? Or do they count as one?
Typically "Housing with special abilities" would refer to something that applies to the entire building, but it would not refer to housing of great scale. The X-Men/Danger-room setup would be an 800-point Mansion + A 75-shard special power for the room in question. (More than just the 800 point mansion, but far less than purchasing two 800-point rewards separately.)
