Hi! A question on plumbing and/or renovations. Is it possible to pay for this OOC with reward shards, but say IC that the character has done the work for themselves over time or (for renovations) hired help to do it the hard way? Or does it have to be an instant magical upgrade if it's purchased?

I'm looking at the 200 shard category and trying to figure this out. If I wanted to give Ari, say, full healing powers as granted by the blue potion, is the cost 200, or 200+75 (new potion plus power upgrade for full use)? If the latter, does that mean the 200 shard 'non-canon power' option excludes any power that could be granted by a potion?
