1) If I were to regain a certain branch of wizard spells but wish to change out some of Elias's "canon" spells for others, would that still be considered a 150-shard existing power regain or a 200-shard new power gain? (E.g. I regain 'ritual casting', but I think that the spellbook I picked for Elias in his 'canon' campaign doesn't fit the game and I want to change some of the spells to other ones when he regains it in game. Can I retroactively tweak his list of known ritual spells?)
2) How much would it cost to strengthen a regained power? Specifically, I'm thinking of letting Elias cast spells that he 'canonically' hasn't reached a high enough level to cast. So for example, if I pay 150 shards to regain ritual casting, Elias 'canonically' can only cast up to 3rd-level ritual spells. If I want to further let him cast 4th or 5th level spells, how much would that be?
1: Honestly, since he's an OC and it's really still the same power just configured differently, we can still call that a 150-shard existing power, there's no need for the upcharge. Don't go changing it around retroactively once you buy it, and we're golden.
2: This actually doesn't cost anything! If a character is canonically capable of enhancing an existing ability, for instance by training and learning new techniques, they can do so in-game through the same means assuming those means are available. This includes levelling up in a D&D class!
