The List of Spells:
Beholden to Summon/Instant transport: By rules of his cannon, Puck is magically forced to appear in his true form to an area when summoned via Titania's Mirror with the proper summoning ritual followed as shown in "Gargoyles" s2e5, "The Mirror". This probably won't happen in game, since the mirror isn't here, but I'm including this anyway. It's nerfed to only be tied to that specific item, and doesn't serve as any other form of instant transport magic.
Conjuration: A lot of Puck's spell casting around transformation requires verbal command to activate. Puck choses to use this in the form of rhymes to help his concentration as well as for the fun of it, being a trickster. Puck has a selection of spells already tied to rhymes that he's memorized, and can reasonably come up with new rhymes for new magic, given his time alive and in the service of Oberon.
[OOC Consent required- dependent on illusion spell being tied to sleep]: Dream Walk: Puck has the ability to enter an illusion he's casted and interact with someone who's been put to sleep via his magic. This does not apply to any time Sleep is used, only when it's used in tandem with Illusion Cast. (Ref- "Gargoyles" s2e43- "Future Tense" ep. ending, where it's revealed Goliath has been asleep the entire time, but Puck has been interacting with him as if both are awake. Puck then breaks the spell by commanding Goliath to "wake up!" which he does).
[OOC consent required] Possession: Puck can temporarily take over someone's body and use it for a limited amount of time. During this, the original owner of the body is temporarily mentally "frozen" as Puck acts in their place, but is aware of what's being done.
[Rhyme] [OOC consent required] Shape Shift- Others/Transform Others: Puck can cast magic causing other beings or living things to transform from one form into another temporarily. The spell itself requires a counter spell to end the transformation.
Spell Casting: Puck can cast various magic, mostly based around changing things (buildings, reality itself) or beings (people, gargoyles, other living things) from one form to another. All of his known spells have roughly been grouped under this heading to make it easier.
Spell- Animate the Lifeless: Not the same as animating a thing or being who has died. Puck can temporarily transform and animate an object (a plant, a statue, etc.) that will come to life and either act on its own or follow a command like "Attack this target", "Dance as I clap my hands", etc. These commands/right to act last for the duration of the spell and depending on the amount of energy used, can fade quickly.
Spell- Illusion Cast: Puck can cast illusions over an area that can appear real to the point of being mistaken for reality itself. Doing any large scale casting (for example: casting the illusion of a city and populating it with smaller illusions of people or beings acting out a script), would drain Puck's resources and break by the script's end, or when the magic couldn't sustain itself any further, whichever happened first. ("Gargoyles" episode s2e43- "Future Tense" ref.). Any large scale magic use of any kind would require a cool down equivalent of " a very long nap", which I'm making an educated guess of at minimum 6 hours of sleep, with that number going up to 10, depending on circumstances.
This has been nerfed to work in game so that his illusion magic only covers the equivalent of an 8x10 room in his cottage. The illusions can also be broken, but not easily. Puck can also cast minor illusions like sound effects without draining himself. Puck can also cast a projection-like illusion of himself and give it a command that it will follow once before vanishing.
[OOC consent required] Spell- False Memory: Puck can cast false memories tied to shape shifting, where the subject believes they've always been what they've been transformed into. This can be broken by force of will (Goliath's transformation into a human in "Gargoyles" s2e5 "The Mirror") or by having others explain the logic error. (Eliza's transformation into a gargoyle in the same episode). If the spell isn't broken by those methods, the spell breaks automatically when the transformation is reversed, with the subject having no memory that things were different.
