Extra Details: ALL THE QUIRKS! The other remaining quirks he has are:
Float - He can float in mid air.
Danger Sense - He gets a pain in his head when there's a threat to him nearby.
Smokescreen - He generates a thick smoke from himself.
Fa Jin - He can store up kinetic energy through repetitive motions and release it later.
Gearshift - He can increase the speed of anything he touches.

He'll have to be have to be nerfed quite a bit, I will keep him in the limit of only having enough power to destroy a house! In the story he's able to communicate with the vestiges of the previous users who wielded One For All in his mind so I'm also going to say it's nerfed enough he can no longer do that so I don't have to write out him talking to six other people in his head...! He's unable to handle using them all at once so he has to switch them on and off in different combinations or one at a time and using them for long periods of time puts a lot of strain on his body so he has to be careful not to overdue it or he'll end up literally breaking himself. I'm very open to discussing anything else that might need to be nerfed, I know he's really powerful with all of them!

Note: Okay. I'll admit, I'm a little leery about a regain this open-ended, so here's what I'm going to say.
As long as canon vindicates the powers as part of Vil's magic, we'll consider it part of this full regain in theory (We have established precedent for "learning" skills related to regained powers even if the character didn't learn them yet at their current canon point as long as they theoretically could learn it.) However, with anything this potentially diverse and undefined, we do ask two things
1: Specific game-breaking things are going to be nerfed as always, including any sort of travel ability, any sort of mind-affecting powers, et cetera
2: Be reasonable about how diverse the powerset is. Magic shouldn't trivialize everything Lab throws at you.
Basically, be reasonable.

Like most electronics, the smartphone comes with a charger but it never runs out of batteries in Somnius anyway. It can also send voice/video/text communications with the other devices, using the same username as your usual device. It does not have any sort of internet access, of course.
Notably, however, it can only do direct communications one on one- interacting with network posts and Sleepr still requires the regular device. Vaeros is a big believer in gatekeeping his tech ecosystem. Sorry.
