Basically, the regained abilities include:
- Increased luck
- Resistance towards becoming frightened
- The ability to cast more spells per day (which won't matter until she gets the rest of her spells back, womp womp)
- An easier time copying new spells into her spellbook (see last point, this is also largely useless for now)
- Most importantly, prophetic glimpses of future events that may allow her to turn the tide of fate. An example of this would be someone looks like they are about to get hit by an attack, but Poppy has had a vision of it coming and can warn them to get out the way. Obviously, I will avoid any prophesies that might be game-breaking. I will get player permission for all visions involving other characters.

The 50 shard category are for standard weapons - a normal blade or knife/sword that is unattached to her body. Laura's blades are more of a body modification and enhancement, so they would fall under the 'powers and abilities' category. She would need 150 shards to regain them all.
